These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of ShineinDetails's Website, located at https://shineindetails.com/terms.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use ShineinDetails if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Terms of Service

The following Terms of Sale are hereby incorporated by reference into the ShineinDetails Terms of Use and shall govern all transactions made through the Service. By scheduling an appointment via the website, telephone, or any other booking method, the customer affirms their acceptance of these Terms of Sale. Upon confirmation of any appointment, the customer agrees to be legally bound by all terms and conditions contained herein.

All content published on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, images, videos, design elements, and branding, is the property of Shine in Details unless otherwise stated. Such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or public display of content from this website without express written permission from Shine in Details is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized use of any content from this site may result in legal action, including claims for damages or injunctive relief.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Shine in Wheels – Mobile Detailing Services

  1. Removal of Personal Items
    Customers must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive items from their vehicle before any detailing service begins. Shine in Details is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, including items left inside the vehicle or at the service location.

  2. Service Location Requirements
    It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, legal, and accessible location for service. If the area does not meet these conditions, the customer must inform Shine in Wheels before the scheduled appointment.

  3. Risk & Vehicle Condition
    All services are performed at the customer's own risk. Vehicles must be in a condition suitable to undergo standard detailing procedures. Shine in Wheels is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, excessive wear, fragile trim, or other factors unrelated to our service. Any liability is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided.

  4. Payment Authorization
    Shine in Wheels reserves the right to collect and securely store debit or credit card information to secure appointments. Payment processing is handled through Bank of America or Stride. Services must be paid in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  5. Appointment Changes & Cancellations
    We reserve the right to reschedule or adjust appointments due to inclement weather, staff availability, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified promptly in such cases.

  6. Additional Labor & Out-of-Scope Services
    Tasks beyond the original service agreement may incur additional charges at an hourly rate of $50 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments, at the discretion of Shine in Wheels.

  7. Biohazard & Contamination Surcharge
    A minimum 20% surcharge will apply to vehicles requiring cleanup of hazardous or bio-contaminated materials, including but not limited to: urine, vomit, blood, feces, or similar substances.

Late Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a $60 fee will apply. This fee helps compensate for the time and resources reserved by our technician.

This policy applies to all standard, retail-priced detailing services. Shine in Wheels reserves the right to waive or enforce this fee at its sole discretion based on individual circumstances.

Satisfaction Policy

At Shine in Wheels, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is clear evidence that a portion of the service was not completed as promised or does not meet reasonable quality standards, we will redo the affected area at no cost.

To request a service correction:

Claims made after 24 hours will not be eligible for review or resolution under this policy.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Bookings are charged upon completion of the requested service, unless an invoice is issued. In such cases, payment is due within 3 days. ShineinDetails reserves the right to charge a 10% late fee if the invoice is unpaid after 3 days. If payment is not made within 7 days, ShineinDetails will begin a collection process. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. If a credit card is declined, ShineinDetails will require the customer to provide an alternative payment method. A collection process will be initiated 48 hours after a declined payment.

Appointment Arrival Window

At Shine in Wheels, we value your time and strive to be punctual. However, due to traffic or unexpected delays, please allow a 30 to 120-minute window for our technician’s arrival.

We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible if there is any delay beyond the expected window.

Serice Agreement

This agreement outlines the obligations between you (referred to as "Client," "Customer," or "you") and ShineinDetails LLC (referred to as "ShineinDetails," "contractor," "technician," "us," "our," or "we") in connection with the services you purchase. By booking or using our services, you acknowledge and accept the full terms of this agreement without modification. Your appointment or use of ShineinDetails' services confirms your agreement to the following terms and conditions.

Utility Access

ShineinDetails requires access to both water and electricity to perform our detailing services. If access to either is unavailable at your location, please contact us at (720) 251-4234 in advance so we can arrange an alternative solution. Failure to provide access to water and electricity at the time of your appointment will result in a $60 cancellation fee.

Vehicle handling consent

By booking our services, you authorize ShineinDetails to access, operate, and move your vehicle as needed to perform the detailing service. Please ensure the keys are available at the time of service. This agreement confirms that you grant permission to our technician to handle the vehicle as necessary during the appointment.

Quality of Service

At ShineinDetails, we strive for your satisfaction, but no service guarantees a complete restoration to previous or new condition. We will do our best within the limits of our resources and expertise. A final inspection will be conducted with you at the end of the job. If you're unsatisfied after the inspection and within 24 hours of job completion, contact us. ShineinDetails is not liable for concerns raised after 24 hours or if the final inspection was not completed with our technician.

Accidents, Pre-Existing Conditions & Damage

At Shine in Wheels, we take great care to ensure the safety of your vehicle while it’s in our care. While we strive to provide the highest quality service, accidents can occasionally occur. In the unlikely event that damage happens during the detailing process, we will immediately notify you and make every effort to resolve the issue.

By agreeing to our detailing services, you acknowledge that ShineinDetails is not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including any damage that may be hidden or not visible at the time of service.

Our liability is limited solely to the total amount paid for the service being performed, and this limitation applies in all circumstances.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is in suitable condition for detailing. Any known pre-existing damage or conditions must be disclosed prior to service. Shine in Wheels will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from undisclosed pre-existing conditions.

Providing Feedback & Photos

We value your feedback and encourage you to share your experience with us. If you have any concerns, suggestions, or comments—positive or negative—please email us at details@shineinwheels.com. Your input helps us improve our services.

In addition, by using our services, you consent to Shine in Wheels having the right to take and use photographs of your vehicle for promotional purposes. These photos may be featured on our website (www.shineinwheels.com) or shared on our social media channels. Your personal information will never be included in any of the photos used for marketing.

Cancellation Policy

ShineinDetails operates in all weather conditions, including rain, and is fully prepared to deliver services regardless of typical weather challenges. Due to the time and resources involved in providing high-quality detailing services, cancellations and reschedules have a significant impact on our scheduling. For this reason, we require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of $60.

ShineinDetails also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments based on factors such as staffing levels, weather conditions, or equipment failure. If the vehicle and keys are not present at the scheduled time and location, the appointment may be canceled and will be treated as a violation of this cancellation policy, resulting in the same $60 fee.

Termination of Service

ShineinDetails reserves the right to cancel any new or existing maintenance plans or services at its discretion if it determines that the customer is not a suitable fit for our services. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the customer bypasses company channels by working directly with ShineinDetails employees, engages in rude or inappropriate behavior towards our staff, or any other circumstances that ShineinDetails deems, at its sole discretion, as justifiable grounds for termination. In the event of service termination, no further services will be provided, and any pre-paid fees for services will be handled in accordance with our cancellation and refund policies.

Customer Acknowledgement & Service Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. ShineinDetails does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from our detailing services. Your payment is made expressly for the dedicated service time on your vehicle and is not tied to achieving any particular result or outcome.

ShineinDetails limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job. The fee for our services is the agreed "Total Cost." Service time is reserved for the detailing job and is not tied to specific results. If the job takes longer than expected, ShineinDetails may charge an additional $60 per hour. You will be notified of any extra fees before or during the service. In the event that the job takes longer than anticipated, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of $60 per hour for any extra time required to complete the service. You will be notified in advance if this extra charge applies.

Since we order materials specifically for each job on demand, all deposits made are non-refundable. Furthermore, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once payment has been made.
